Please note you are agreeing to these terms of service when you request a quote, make a payment, fill out a design questionnaire or schedule a consultation.
Payment Policy
All custom blog designs, pre-made templates, and add-ons have a one-time fee. Once the fee is processed, we will proceed with the needed steps to get your design made and installed just the way you like it.
All custom website designs are subject to a payment and terms contract where the client agrees to pay an initial deposit (typically 50% of the design price), a continuation payment (typically 25% of the design price), and a finalization fee (typically 25% of the design price).
The three webhosting packages are subject to reoccurring payments either yearly or monthly. By signing up for any webhosting package you are agreeing to pay your dues on your due date so that you may have uninterrupted webhosting services. An invoice is sent through PayWhirl Subscriptions and is paid through the Little Eternities website using the “Login to Billing” link. Once an account has been processed, there are no refunds.
Cancellations are subject to approval of the hosting administrator. All
cancellations have a one-time non-refundable fee of $25. Accounts that are
delinquent will be surrendered to a collections account and will incur all
fees including initial renewal fees, any late fees, miscellaneous charges that
include additional domain names and e-mail addresses, and a the full
cancellation fee. Service is suspended 14 days after a monthly or yearly payment is not made or denied. Service can be reactivated up to 14 days after a suspension, but after 14 days will be permanently deleted and required to start anew. When the 14 days after suspension are over, a backup of the website will be sent to the client once the balance or missed payment is processed. Client has a choice of continuing service after 14 days provided that they pay the balance and agree to pay all payments invoiced after.
Refund Policy
No items in this shop or design studio is eligible for a refund. These goods are digital and cannot be returned or refunded. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me.
Design Responsibility
Any design created by Little Eternities whether that’s pre-made or custom, blog or website will be held to a quality standard where all elements should align and function properly. If there are any issues after your design has been installed, published, and approved, Little Eternities will not be held responsible. You are allowed to disapprove the final installation or publishing 24 hours after if anything seems missing or out of place. After that, the three revision rule within 90 days applies. We are not responsible for any changes to the design or code you make 24 hours after approval. We ask that if you have a design issue, you notify us right away and do not attempt to make changes yourself. Any alterations or changes made by the client are not covered by the three revisions within 90 days rule.
Intellectual Property
The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by Little Eternities, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service, Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.
Refusal of Service
The Services and Shop products that are offered are subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
